This week’s book suggestion is “The Talent Code” by Daniel Coyle. This book talks about how every skill is acquired in your brain on a cellular level and not only that, but it talks about things you could do to speed this process up. It gives documented examples from all over the world of talent hotbeds and how they formed in what circumstances and why. This book is written in a very friendly manner and is easy to read, but still gives scientific terms from time to time to eliminate any trace of skepticism.
It also talks a lot about the 10,000-hour rule and gives evidence of why this rule is valid .
